Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the accounting, finance and tax functions of the company;
  • Manage regulatory compliance for the entire financial matters from management reporting, statutory reporting, cash flow reporting effectively, efficiently and consistently;
  • Financial and business planning, costing, forecasting and budgeting;
  • Coordination and preparation of the annual budgets;
  • Manage the cash flow projections of the company to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in the cash management system;
  • Analysing and interpreting financial data and trends and presenting insightful reports to the management, staff and other stakeholders;
  • Manage and review of financial operational processes including oversight functions, cost control, operation finance procedures;
  • Improve the internal and governance control of the company;
  • Effective communication and manage working relationships with auditors, bankers, tax agents and other relevant external contacts;
  • Undertaking other projects and analysis as required;

Knowledge & skills:

  • Substantial knowledge and experience in corporate accounting and reporting processes as well as related financial controls and procedures;
  • Experience and knowledge of statutory requirements;
  • Good team player, problem-solving, resilience and possess positive mindset;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skill to lead the finance team and liaise effectively with all levels;
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, business ethical and reliable;
  • Good verbal and written communication skill;

Background, experience and attributes: 

  • Relevant degree in Accountancy/ Finance and professional qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA/ MIA/ CA);
  • With minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. With at least 5 years in a supervisory/ management capacity;
  • Experience in the service industry will be advantageous


Accounts Clerk

Prerequisite: Minimum Diploma or SPM/STPM with 2 years working experience

Skills Require: Basic Accounting Knowledge, Computer Skills, Good with Numbers

Language: Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay


Marketing – Senior Executive & Executive


Prerequisite: Minimum Degree / Diploma with 2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry and marketing

Skills Require: Sales & Marketing skills, Conduct market research & survey and develop marketing strategies, Organize marketing activities

Language: Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay
