Head, Medical Affairs and Quality Management 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Risk & Quality System Documents are updated and controlled
  • Recommend and initiate documentation of new procedures
  • Initiate, maintain and update all document in the department as well as circulating documents
  • Carry out or coordinate training on Risk & Quality matters
  • Coordinate Management Review Meetings including preparation and distribution of all necessary reports
  • Oversee Risk & Quality Management and Infection Control activities.
  • Coordinate with Quality Resources department on the paperwork preparation and submission for MOH license.
  • Manage all relevant doctors’ Database and ensure all information are updated timely and accurate.
  • Ensure the credentialing & privileging of all new doctors are completed and in place upon start of practice.
  • Assist the Management on ad-hoc projects or assignment as and when needed

Requirements :

  • Medical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A strong clinical and hospital background is a must.
  • Experience in quality management including familiarity with national and international accreditation standards e.g. MSQH, JCI
  • Experience in managing team and projects including conducting audits
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

2. Customer Service Assistant Manager / Manager

  • To manage customer feedback relating to service issues including investigations, crafting of replies and liaising with customers and process owners for resolution of service feedback issues.
  • To analyze trends in customer feedback to establish continuous improvements to processes/procedures to close service gaps.
  • To conduct service audits for hospital departments and wards and conduct surveys to determine customer needs.
  • To manage and drive processes that improves front line staff performance and customer experience.
  • To assists in the compilation, monitoring and analysis of feedback statistics and preparation of report for solicited and unsolicited feedback to the management.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, public relations, hospitality, or any related field.
  • Candidates must possess strong leadership & interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to multi-task.

3. Customer Service Officer 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct guests, patients, relatives to the appropriate locations
  • Promote hospital services including health screening packages and available promotions
  • Manage customer enquiries and assist in appointment making
  • Proactively approach patients and offer assistance with empathy and compassion
  • Receive and manage patient complaints and feedbacks so as to achieve a positive outcome
  • Collect and analyze inpatient and outpatient feedbacks to improve customer experience

Requirements :

  • At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum (2) years of work experience
  • Ability to work on shift schedules is a prerequisite
  • Working experience in Customer Service, Healthcare and Hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken

2. Radiographer

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging or Radiography.
  • Must possess good observation skills.
  • Able to do on-call duty by rotation.
  • Computer literate.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.

4. Biomedical Technician 

  • Ability to work under pressure in tight deadline
  • Willing to spend long hours to complete assigned job

Preventive Maintenance :

  • Use correct check list to perform PPM as indicated with appropriate task.
  • Where vendors are involved in the services witness the service and also signed of the reports.

Inspection :

  • Carry out scheduled / assigned inspection work orders in time to the satisfaction of users as well as internally accepted guidelines.
  • Use correct check list to perform inspection.
  • Corrective maintenance which includes breakdown maintenance and emergency maintenance.
  • Attend assigned break down calls within the response time as per the contract.
  • Ensure that service reports are properly filled with users approval.

Acceptance Safety Maintenance Tests :

  • Carry out assigned acceptance test according to the guidelines from the hospital management and ensure that proper documentation is prepared and maintained
  • Ensure that assigned acceptance safety maintenance test is properly documented.

Competency Model :

  • Carry out scheduled / assigned PPM work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted quality guidelines.
  • Carry out PPM with approved calibrated test equipment.

5. Information Technology Officer 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Installing and configuring hospital’s computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, software, and networks. Ensure that only computer hardware and software approved by management is being installed and used
  • Attend to support services for all hospital’s computer software, including but not limited to HIS, LIS, PACS, Windows programmed, and other application approved by management.
  • Write simple programmed or liaison with IT vendors to implement systems approved by the management
  • Ensure that proper inventory register is maintained for all computer hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Ensure that all programmed in the hospital are properly licensed and secured
  • Resolve incidents raised by the users via Helpdesk system or call ensuring compliance to all applicable service level agreements
  • Providing technical support across the hospital’s (this may be in person or over the phone) or escalate to appointed IT vendors as required
  • Participate in other duties and projects under the direction of the management
  • To provide a conduit for two-way communication between users and support staff, including champion users
  • Ensure compliance of all IT policies and procedures as defined by the management

  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing processes, constantly seeking process improvement
  • Good in analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills with staffs and suppliers
  • Ability to work as per on call schedule

Qualification :
Degree / Diploma in Computer studies
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

6. Pharmacy Assistant

  • Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Experience as a pharmacy dispenser is an added advantage

7. Billing Clerk

  • Minimum SPM
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a similar field is preferable
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to learn.

8. Receptionist Cum Typist

  • Minimum SPM
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a similar field is preferable
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Willing to learn.
